Greetings, BAPVA members guests, and celebrities!
Well folks, we were not able to find a venue in December for our Annual BAPVA Dinner. But don't fret, we will still be having our Annual BAPVA dinner in January! We'll be sending those details in a future email. In the meantime, we still plan to have a regular meeting in December.
The topic of this month's meeting is the most requested one of all... a Member's Exhibition! We will devote the entire evening to it! Lots of time to show off your stuff and get plenty of feedback, plus push you ever closer to Member of the Year. So pull out those productions you've been wanting to show and let us put them on the big screen for you.
The guidelines for the Exhibition are described below.
As always, we will also have time to network and socialize within our group. So please join us for an enjoyable and informative evening.
Member's Exhibition
- Members may submit up to 3 pieces, no more than one each of wedding, corporate, or documentary
- Maximum length of each is 4 minutes
- DVD is the accepted format
- 3 judges will evaluate and provide feedback on each piece
- All attending members will select an Audience Favorite
